Victoria began work as an Administrator for Progression Training straight out of University in 2004 before leaving to travel and volunteer in schools in South East Asia, this then led Victoria to a career working with Children and Young People and she has worked in Health and Social Care for 10 years in a variety of Childcare settings including Early Years, Education and Residential.
Victoria worked as a support worker with Children aged 11-18 experiencing behavioural, emotional and learning difficulties in a residential setting before moving into a managerial position. In this role Victoria completed her A1 Assessors Award and worked as a work based assessor.
Victoria re-joined Progression Training in 2012 as an Assessor. Following a career break to stay at home with her Twin boys in 2013, Victoria returned to the Progression Team as the Quality Auditor, and is now resposible for Centre Management and Internal Quality Assurance.
In 2020 Vicky co – authored a text book for City and Guilds to support learners completing the Health and Social Care qualifications in Wales
