Nikki Mead

Quality Performance Officer

Nikki has over 14 years’ experience in customer service and administration, having worked for a range of organisations including a major agricultural company, the NHS, and the MOD. In 2008, she relocated from the South Coast of England to Wales to pursue her career while raising a family, bringing with her a wide variety of skills and expertise.

Nikki joined Progression Training’s Newtown office in August 2018 and is now working as a Quality Performance Officer. She has an extensive understanding of the work-based learning sector and plays a pivotal role in analysing and helping to ensure all quality tasks are completed to the highest standard.
