Lois Jukes

Training Officer

Lois joined Progression Training Ltd in 2025 and is eager to support learners on their educational journey.

In 2015, she spent the first of two summers in the United States working as a camp counsellor at a specialised residential outdoor activity camp. Since then, Lois has continued to travel and gain experience in a variety of customer-facing roles. Most recently, she worked in crisis care at a residential activity centre, providing 24/7 support to young people in placement. In this role, she ensured their safety and emotional well-being through therapeutic guidance, mentoring, and the delivery of engaging, structured activities.

Lois’s counselling and mentoring experience equips her with the skills to support learners’ individual needs, providing guidance, encouragement, and practical support to help them succeed. She is now looking forward to applying her knowledge and experience to help learners achieve their qualifications and reach their full potential.
