She began her career as a CSR Auditor, where she developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills. After two years, she joined the Learning & Development department at KPMG, spending over four years building expertise in project administration and management, and contributing to numerous successful initiatives.

A qualified teacher, Keira has a passion for creating engaging learning experiences and supporting learners’ personal and professional growth. Her combined corporate and educational experience enables her to implement effective learning environments and maintain efficient administrative processes.

Keira joined Progression Training in 2024, where she provides comprehensive support to the leadership team. She plays a key role in ensuring seamless business operations and helps monitor performance and quality across all learner programmes, contributing to the organisation’s continued success and high standards.
