Adele Bennett

Training Support Officer

Adele has over 16 years’ experience in the CCPLD sector. She began her career as a Nursery Assistant and progressed to Manager of a large Day Nursery, overseeing the care of 81 children.

Adele started her learning journey at the age of 16, completing her CCLD Level 2 and Level 3 Diplomas. She has also taken advantage of Welsh Government Apprenticeships to further her career in the sector, demonstrating how the apprenticeship route can be a valuable pathway to building a successful career. Throughout her professional journey, Adele has achieved additional qualifications, including the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Early Years Management, Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Care, Learning and Development (Management), Level 4 Diploma in Principles of Leadership and Management (ILM), and Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Management (ILM).

Since joining Progression Training in January 2023, Adele has been delivering CCPLD and ESW qualifications. Her extensive experience in the sector gives her in-depth knowledge to pass on to learners, helping them develop their skills and reach their full potential. She also supports the exams department, contributing to the quality of qualification delivery processes and ensuring learners receive the highest standard of training and assessment.
