What is an Apprenticeship?

Getting paid while you learn might sound too good to be true, but as an Apprentice that’s what you get, and whilst you’re studying your City & Guilds Apprenticeship you’ll get hands on work experience too. Progression Training are able to offer government funded Modern Apprenticeships and Foundation Modern Apprenticeships

There is a wide range of opportunities open to an apprentice looking for a career in health and social care, including working as a support worker, domiciliary care worker or care assistant within the community or in a residential care setting. The apprentice could be involved in supporting older people in health, mental health or learning disability settings. They could be employed by a local authority, independant care provider or a voluntary organisation

Progression Training offer Modern Apprenticeships for young people and adults. Work Based Learning is part financed by the EuropeanSocial Fund through the Welsh Assembly Government.
